*Jolly Phonics letter C and K. Ask students to teach you the letter actions and think about words that start with letters C and K. Up to date, we have learned letters S, A, T, I, P, N, C, and K. *Literacy centers- different activities building and creating the Jolly Phonics letters. *Center time *Forest exploring *Brielle the helper (Friday) * In math we have now gone from sorting objects by size, shape, and color, to making a pattern after sorting objects (See pictures). Today the students were introduced to AB, ABC, ABBA patterns and MORE! Ask your child to show you some examples! *Poetry- We learnt a new poem today to go with the theme of Fire Safety. It is called " I'm a little firefighter" (to the tune of Marry Had a Little Lamb). See pictures for poem. *Buddies- we spent part of the afternoon making patterns in Nature with our buddies.
